About Me

Years ago, when I attended my very first therapy session as a client, I could never have imagined that psychotherapy would one day become my favorite profession. The experience I gained through therapy profoundly changed my life—and continues to do so. It inspired me to understand human nature, its endless layers, and its remarkable depth. As they say, I started with myself.

Alongside psychology, I draw inspiration from Eastern philosophies, yoga, and meditation, which are an important part of my life. I also enjoy reading, which I believe is one of the most meaningful and enjoyable ways to explore human nature. Finally, I deeply value spending time in nature and often go hiking.

Roberto Assagioli was among the first psychologists to integrate the spiritual dimension of human nature into psychology. The method of Psychosynthesis, which he developed, brings together the different aspects of the personality that may be in conflict with one another. The energy released through this integration fosters deep fulfillment and psychological well-being. According to Assagioli, the synthesis and harmonious integration of our inner parts around a unified center is an innate human potential. Psychosynthesis helps remove internal barriers and supports this natural process, enabling us to become who we truly are.

Elif Shafak — The Forty Rules of Love

In this life, we do not need to search for love somewhere outside ourselves. Love already lives within us. What stands between us and love are our fears, our attachments, our wounds, and the walls we have built around our hearts.

Our task is not to find love, but to discover and remove everything that prevents it from flowing freely through us.

When the heart opens, the whole world changes. And then you realize that love is not something that comes to you. Love is something you become.

Cloud Atlas (2012)

"We are never truly alone. From our first breath to our last, we are bound to one another by invisible threads. Every act of love, every gesture of kindness or cruelty, leaves its mark on the lives of others while simultaneously shaping our own. We touch one another through our words, our glances, and our actions. And even years later, the echoes of our choices continue to live on in the hearts of those we have encountered along our journey."
