An interesting fact about me

Besides psychotherapy, nature and classical music are my second loves. Nature has its own music, and music embodies nature’s harmony. Together, they create a unique symphony within me, clearing a path to my inner self and restoring my inner peace, allowing me to hear my true “SELF.” Self-discovery is impossible without inner peace; when external sounds fade, the soul’s melody emerges. Nature and music help me see, feel, and understand people on a deeper level, embracing their wholeness and freedom.

A unique blend of Carl G. Jung and Aaron Beck, who explores the client’s inner world with both rational, constructive, and intuitive, emotional approaches, as well as a naturally introverted personality.

"Paul Tillich’s The Courage to Be" has had a significant impact on rebuilding my life. There are many passages worth quoting, but here is one I would highlight:

"Courage is the self-affirmation of being in spite of the fact of non-being. It is the act of the individual self in taking the anxiety of non-being upon itself by affirming itself in the face of this anxiety."

This means courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to confront the obstacles and dangers that threaten one’s existence, acknowledging them but not yielding to them.

I’ve watched "Collateral Beauty" numerous times after experiencing a loss.

"Just be sure to notice the collateral beauty. It’s the profound connection to everything."

This quote captures one of the main ideas of the movie: to find life’s hidden beauty even amidst the deepest losses and pains—beauty we often overlook in ordinary circumstances. I have experienced it, rather than just understanding it.
