About Me

I started out in nutrition, but my path led me into the world of psychotherapy. Realizing that a child’s nutrition is not only about food, but also about emotions, relationships, and trust, I began to go deeper and help parents and children learn to love and embrace their journey—without tension or pressure. My focus is on building trusting relationships based on effective communication.

Dr. Ellyn Satter is a nutritionist and psychotherapist who developed the “Division of Responsibility in Feeding” model, based on the integration of nutrition and psychology. From a psychotherapist’s perspective, her approach is invaluable, as it clearly defines the responsibilities of the parent and the child in the feeding process, while at the same time ensuring psychological comfort.

Ellyn Satter – My Child

“Your child was born with a natural drive to grow and develop. Your job is to support that process, not to control it.”

Inside Out

“Allow yourself to feel sadness; without it, joy cannot be fully experienced.”
