About me

In my work with clients, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted.

I believe that even in the most difficult times, people carry inner strength and creativity, and witnessing this unfold in therapy is always a meaningful experience.

To me, psychotherapy isn’t just a scientific practice — it’s also a creative process, where individuals shape their own lives with awareness and responsibility.

I blend structured, evidence-based methods with emotional depth and intuition, walking alongside my clients as they explore themselves, grow, and transform in ways that feel right for them.

In the early stages of shaping my professional identity and perspective, I was influenced by the works of psychoanalysts Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan.

In recent years, I have focused more on the existential approach, particularly through the works of Irvin Yalom. At the same time, I continue exploring Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and other modalities, integrating them in a way that best suits each client’s needs.

I am always learning — whether from well-known or lesser-known professionals, colleagues, books, my own life and therapeutic experiences, or the people around me.

I believe in the ongoing process of reflection and reinterpretation, as both personal and professional growth are continuous. My approach keeps evolving, deepening, and expanding alongside my development.

Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype – Clarissa Pinkola Estés

This book explores the idea of the wild woman archetype, representing the natural and instinctive side of femininity. Through myths, stories, and legends, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, a Jungian psychoanalyst, examines how women can reconnect with their inner strength, intuition, and authenticity.

It offers a thoughtful perspective on self-discovery, encouraging readers to trust themselves and embrace their true nature.

The Five Obstructions, Lars von Trier

“Today I once again had a new experience, which I hope to understand in a few days.”

This quote highlights how experiences matter and often take time to fully understand. Some moments feel unclear at first, but with reflection, they become meaningful. Therapy works in a similar way — offering a space to reinterpret and make sense of personal experiences.

For me, the idea of a favorite book or movie is always evolving. What speaks to me most depends on my stage of life and state of mind at the moment.
